2. Data Collection on This Website
Ez a weboldal személyes adatokat gyűjt és kezel a kapcsolatfelvételi űrlapon és a Matomo segítségével, amely egy saját tárhelyen futó webelemző szoftver. Nem kerülnek adatok továbbításra külső hirdetési szolgáltatásokhoz vagy közösségi hálózatokhoz.
3. Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is operated on our own servers. When you access this website, the web server automatically stores information in server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the error-free operation of the website).
4. Contact Form
When you contact us via the contact form, your details (name, email address, optionally company, message) are stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry. This data is transmitted by email to info@avamboo.de. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Your data will be deleted after your inquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. SSL/TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser's address bar changing from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in the browser bar.
6. Fonts
This website uses self-hosted fonts (Mulish and Open Sans). No external services such as Google Fonts are used. No data is transmitted to third parties when loading fonts.
7. Webelemzés Matomo segítségével
Ez a weboldal a Matomo szoftvert használja, amely egy önállóan üzemeltetett, nyílt forráskódú webelemző szoftver. A Matomo kizárólag a saját szervereinken fut (statistik.avamboo.de); nem kerülnek adatok harmadik félnek átadásra. A Matomo rögzíti: rövidített IP-cím (az utolsó oktett a tárolás előtt törlődik), meglátogatott oldalak és ott töltött idő, hivatkozó URL, böngészőtípus és -verzió, operációs rendszer, képernyőfelbontás és eszközkategória. A jogalap a GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés f) pontja (jogos érdek a weboldal fejlesztéséhez). Az IP-anonimizálás aktív; egyéni személyek azonosítása nem lehetséges.
