2. Data Collection on This Website
Tento web shromažďuje a zpracovává osobní údaje prostřednictvím kontaktního formuláře a Matomo, vlastního analytického softwaru. Žádné údaje nejsou předávány externím reklamním službám ani sociálním sítím.
3. Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is operated on our own servers. When you access this website, the web server automatically stores information in server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the error-free operation of the website).
4. Contact Form
When you contact us via the contact form, your details (name, email address, optionally company, message) are stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry. This data is transmitted by email to info@avamboo.de. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Your data will be deleted after your inquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. SSL/TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser's address bar changing from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in the browser bar.
6. Fonts
This website uses self-hosted fonts (Mulish and Open Sans). No external services such as Google Fonts are used. No data is transmitted to third parties when loading fonts.
7. Webová analytika s Matomo
Tato webová stránka používá Matomo, vlastní open-source software pro webovou analytiku. Matomo je provozováno výhradně na našich vlastních serverech (statistik.avamboo.de); žádné údaje nejsou předávány třetím stranám. Matomo zaznamenává: zkrácenou IP adresu (poslední oktet je před uložením smazán), navštívené stránky a dobu pobytu, referenční URL, typ a verzi prohlížeče, operační systém, rozlišení obrazovky a kategorii zařízení. Právním základem je čl. 6(1)(f) GDPR (oprávněný zájem na zlepšení webových stránek). Anonymizace IP je aktivní; identifikace jednotlivých osob není možná.
